Shirley Bennett

Shirley Bennett, age 82, of Bartlett, Tennessee passed away on Sunday December 15, 2019. Shirley was born July 4, 1937. She was dedicated member of Leawood Baptist Church for 38 years, and enjoyed weekly luncheons with her church friends. Shirley loved camping, traveling and above all spending time with her husband and family. She loved to laugh and meet new people.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Artis and Claudia Golden. she is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Glen Bennett, two children, Tim Bennett (Anita) of Memphis, TN, Libby Cassell (Charles) of Midland, TX, two sisters; Yvonne Tillman and Bonnie Kellogg both of Live Oak, FL, three grandchildren; Elisabeth, Charles, and Nathan Cassell, all of Midland, TX.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to Leawood Baptist Church.
