ROY M. HOLLAND, 81, of Memphis, died Thursday, August 23, 2012 at Baptist Trinity Hospice. Family to receive friends from 1 p.m. until service at 3 p.m., Sunday, August 26 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, Bartlett, TN. Mr. Holland was a U.S. Army veteran, member of Bellevue Baptist Church and retired from John Morrell Meat Packing Company. He is preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Wilma Jean Holland. He leaves four daughters, Karen Whitby, Susan Ragland, Becky Whitby, and Darla Watkins; one sister, Mary Jo Fields; two brothers, Phillip Holland and Carl Holland; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
