Richard Wall

He was born to the late Vernon Wall and Margaret Scott on November 27th, 1933 in Carroll County, Tennessee. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Terry Higdon and his sisters, Shelba McCaslin and Velta Flippin. He served as a deacon for over 40 years at East Side Baptist Church.

Richard is survived by his wife of 61 years, Pat Wall; his daughters, Dionza Gay (Jimmy), Jada Quinn; grandchildren, Randi Gay, Erin Gay, Kyle Gay, Jase Quinn; brother Donald Higdon (Gail); and his sisters, Linda Reed, Sue Patton (Pat), Lodie Hudson (Jerry), Jodie Baker (Sam), and Sherry Epperson (Dennis).

Memorials may be made to East Side Baptist Church.

Family will receive friends from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on May 2nd at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd, Bartlett, TN. Services be at 10:00am on Monday, May 3rd at East Side Baptist Church, 3232 Covington Pike, Memphis, TN. Interment will follow at Memphis Memory Gardens, 6444 Raleigh Lagrange Rd, Memphis, TN 38134.
