passed away Saturday, April 7, 2018.
She was a homemaker, graduate of University of South Alabama where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, a member of Phi Mu Sorority at University of South Alabama Chapter, was dedicated to her children as a home school teacher, a member of St. Ann Catholic Church where she was a faithful servant and teacher with P.R.E., V.B.S. and was a loyal Navy wife.
Rachel is survived by her husband of over 14 years, Scott R. Milliet; daughters, Madelyn C. Milliet and Megan G. Milliet; parents, John J. and Debbie C. Foster of Slidell, Louisiana; mother-in-law, Darlene K. Milliet of Slidell, Louisiana; and father-in-law, Steven J. Milliet of Channelview, Texas.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, April 13, 2018 at St. Ann Catholic Church, 6529 Stage Road, Bartlett, TN and a funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 14, 2018 at St. Ann Catholic Church.
