Yvette was born on February 13, 1940 to William W. Mann and Yvonne Laclair Marchisco Mann of Memphis, Tennessee. Her parents proceeded her in death in 2001.
Yvette married Larry Gillman Young on February 12, 1977 in Memphis.
Yvette worked for Memphis City Schools with Deaf students and retired around 2006. After retirement she moved to Zion, Arkansas and worked for Highland High School with a Deaf student there.
She attended church at the Melbourne Church of Christ in Melbourne Arkansas.
Yvette is survived by her husband, Larry, and two sons including Warren Franklin Fetter and David Allen Wilson, of Zion. She is also survived by her sister Susan Lorette Mann-Dale and brother in law James Edward Dale, her two nephews William Garrett Dale, and Jonathan Edward Dale along with his three children Joel, Jared and Kaci, all of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Services for Yvette will be held on October 7, 2019 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memory Hill Garden, 3700 N. Germantown Parkway, Bartlett Tennessee 38133 with visitation at 1:00, funeral services at 2:00, and graveside service at 3:00.
A memorial service will be held on October 15, 2019 at the Melbourne Church of Christ, Hwy 69 & Burgundy Place 72556 at 12:00 with lunch following.
