She was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church for over 25 years. Working in the nursery caring for the babies for many of those years. Most recently, she was a member of Faith Baptist Church before moving to Mountain Home, Arkansas in February 2022 to be cared for by Bob’s son and daughter-in-law, Brad and Deborah Belcher. She was a 20+ years volunteer at Love Worth Finding Ministries, loved hummingbirds (there were hummingbird feeders outside the kitchen windows for years) and cross-stitching (which she did for years before her decline these last 6 years) and going to music shows in Branson. Her favorite song was the Tennessee Waltz. She and Bob would sit in the gazebo behind their house in Arlington looking at the water and listing to old music on their “jukebox”. Her favorite movie was Gone with the Wind which she first watched twice back to back in the movie theaters as a teenager. She loved sitcoms, especially Carol Burnette. She loved to study her bible and take folks through the Romans Road though her physical infirmities ended those abilities in the last 5 years. She loved her mini dachshunds of 18 years Sophie and Zoey (recently deceased).
