Fred was born on January 14th, 1961 in Ventura, California. He was the son of Frederick and Kathleen Johnson. Fred grew up in Bartlett where he met his wife, Sharon, raised his family and enjoyed a long career in firefighting and devoted his family and life to the Lord. Together, Fred and Sharon had two sons, David married to April, residing in Kearneysville, West Virginia and Adam married to Shawna residing in Millington, Tennessee. Fred loved being Pop to his seven grandchildren, Juliana, Reese, Benjamin, Knox, Eliza, Ruby, and Haddon.
Fred loved woodworking, camping, serving others, and spending time with Sharon. They enjoyed 41 years of marriage. He was also a member of Redemption Community Church.

Family will receive friends from 12:30pm to 1:30pm on Monday, February 14th at Bartlett Municipal Station Chapel. A memorial service will follow at 1:30pm. Interment will be at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd, Bartlett, TN.
