Lois Bowers Nix, 92, of Bartlett passed away Wednesday, August 20 at her home. She was a homemaker, loved her Lord and was a member of Providence Baptist Church. Mrs. Nix was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Wade Nix; and grandson, Jason Nix. She is survived by her daughters, Bonnie Nix of Bartlett and Lynn Clark of Lincoln, Nebraska; son, Darryl Nix (Vicki) of Bartlett; grandchildren, Michelle Scorziello of Bartlett and Jessica Williams (Keith) of Arlington, TN; great grandchildren, Alex Scorziello and Erica Williams. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m., Friday, August 22 and a funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, August 23 both at Memphis Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd., Bartlett, TN.
