Linda Mays Gibson passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 in Collierville, Tennessee leaving behind loving family and friends, wonderful memories, an ambitious reading list, and countless knitting projects.
Linda was born June 4, 1948 in Memphis to John and Billie Mays and raised with older brother Richard "Ricky" Mays and younger brother Ted Mays.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Tom Gibson, her brother Ricky, and both parents. She is survived by her daughters Emily Smith (Graham) and Carrie Knowlton (Tom), her grandchildren, Kenna Smith and Owen Smith and her brother Ted Mays (Jackie).
Linda loved reading, knitting, quilting, travelling, her cat Tango, and her family and friends, who all miss her very much.
