Kerry Bailey Carney

Mr. Kerry Bailey Carney, 92, of Bartlett passed away Friday, March 4, 2016 at St. Francis Hospital-Bartlett. He was a graduate of Vanderbilt University receiving his bachelor’s degree, was a member of First Evangelical Church, veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corp, retired from Bellsouth as an electrical engineer and was an avid gardener. Mr. Carney was preceded in death by his loving wife of 67 years, Mary Elizabeth Carney in 2013; and is survived by his sister, Pat Olson; children, Nancy Carney, Margaret Wildmann and her husband, Howard, Ronald B. Carney and his wife, Nita; grandchildren, Ronnie K. Carney and his wife, Diana, Stacie Cummings and her husband, Joey, Arin Wildmann and Ashton Wildmann; and one great grandson, Ethan James Carney. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 7, 2016 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd, Bartlett, TN.
