Jacquelyn C. Bazemore, 80, of Germantown passed away September 11, 2015. Mrs. Bazemore was a loving wife and mother, a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, and resident at Germantown Plantation. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Bazemore, to whom she was married for 53 years; her daughter, Lori Roberts; and granddaughters, Jenny and Melanie. She is survived by her daughter, Kim German; her son, Michael Bazemore; her granddaughters, Amber Wyse and Noel McKee; her sister, Freddye Kelly; her niece, Cher Anderson; and her nephew, Ken Kelly. The family will receive friends on Monday, September 14 from 12-2 p.m. followed by funeral services at 2 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N Germantown Road, Bartlett, TN 38133.
