Howard W. Doyle

Mr. Howard W. Doyle, 66, of Bartlett passed away, Tuesday, January 6, 2015. He was a graduate of Messick High School in Memphis. Howard was a veteran of the U.S. Army, retired from the Illinois Central Railroad Police as a special agent, retired Captain with the Bartlett Police Department and was a member of Faith Baptist Church-Bartlett. Mr. Doyle is survived by his wife of 41 years, Linda L. Doyle; sister and husband, Bonnie and Fred Mayo of Parsons, TN; brother and wife, Barney and Becky Doyle of Baldwinsville, New York; many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m., Sunday, January 11, 2015 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd., Bartlett, TN and a funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 12, 2015 at Faith Baptist Church, 3755 N. Germantown Rd., Bartlett, TN. The interment will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Gray’s Chapel Cemetery in Scotts Hill, TN. The family requests that memorials be sent to the Memphis Union Mission.
