Guy R. Stroup Jr, 75, of Cordova TN, passed away at home January 25, 2023. Guy was extremely outgoing. However, his presence was never about him. He believed his purpose was to serve family, friends, and country. He proudly served his country retiring from the US Navy and the IRS. When time to relax, he enjoyed watching all sports, but his passion was golf. He is survived by his wife Marsha, his children Nicole Franks, Daniel Griger, Shannon Stroup, Guy Stroup III, and seven grandchildren. As per Guy’s request, no funeral or memorial service will be held. God has him in his arms, he will be in our hearts forever.
