She was a one of a kind woman with a heart of gold and was an avid member of Ellendale Baptist Church. A Faithful Servant to Jesus Christ, she spent her time volunteering as a Pink Lady at St. Francis Bartlett; where she went on to win volunteer of the year. She was active and involved with the graduating class from Southside High School 1947.
She is preceded in death by her husband, William Lester Donaldson and son; Randy Donaldson.
She is survived by her son, Les Donaldson (Amy); grandson, Lee Donaldson (Crystal), granddaughter, Afton Donaldson; great-granddaughters, Madison Donaldson, Taylor Donaldson, Kali Donaldson, and Anna Donaldson.
Visitation will take place on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens (3700 N Germantown Rd., Bartlett, TN 38133). The funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 7th, 2024 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens with a graveside to follow.
