Dorothy L. Moran, 85, of Memphis, passed away on Tuesday, July 3, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, LCDR Lloyd D. Moran, and her parents, Bill and Thelma Martin. Dorothy leaves behind her daughter, Marti Bradford, grandchildren, Michelle Faircloth and Lisa Melton, great grandchild, Lenzi Melton, and sisters, Jean (Palmer) Boast of Whitehall AR., and Billie (Claude) Howell of Calimesa CA. She was a member of Bartlett Hills Baptist Church, graduated from St. Vincent’s Infirmary of Little Rock AR. with her RN. She volunteered with The Red Cross at the Naval Base in Millington TN. and loved to garden. There will be a graveside service at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens on Friday, July 6 at 11am. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Methodist Hospice Residence.
