Cynthia Kay Purdy

She was born to the late Philip and Kay Lee on March 29th, 1955 in Aberdeen, Maryland. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother David Lee and grandson Samson Bogema.

Cynthia is survived by her husband of 44 years, Jerry Purdy; her children, Angela Whitehorn (Matthew), Brian Purdy (Lisa), Christopher Purdy (Stacey), Deborah Bogema (Cody); grandchildren, Jasper Whitehorn, Willadene Whitehorn, Leila Purdy, Heidi Purdy, Jude Purdy, Elijah Purdy, Jack Purdy, Audrey Purdy, Adelaide Bogema, Solomon Bogema, Cecily Bogema, and one on the way; her sister, Christine Sooriya-Arachchi (Gamini); and her brothers, Donald Lee (Sharon), and John Lee (Alison).

Family will receive friends from 9:00am to 10:00am on Saturday, February 27th at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Road, Bartlett, TN. Services will follow at 10:00am.
