She was raised by her parents, Milton and Weltha Moskovitz though she spent much time with living with her grandparents. She graduated from Germantown High School in 1953. She married David Kelly in 1955 and had four children, David Maurice Kelly, Dale Wayne Kelly, Donald Bryan Kelly, who passed shortly after birth, and Dianne Michelle Kelly-Looney (Jeffrey Looney). She spent much of her time taking care of her son, Dale. He was born with many birth defects due to Hydrocephalus. After her first marriage, Carolyn married Eugene D. Cline in 1979 and spent the remainder of his life together. She was a Co- Owner in Clines Bookkeeping Service with her husband. She has two grandchildren, Caroline Alexis Looney and Alexandria Suzanne Looney, whom she loved with all her heart. She spent much time taking care of her two grandchildren. She watched them often, picked them up from school, took them to the park, and loved being with them as much as she could. She loved animals and had many pets throughout her lifetime. She was an avid reader and spent much of her time with her head buried in a book. Even in her last years, her granddaughters would take her to the library so she could pick out books, sometimes even twenty or more. She absolutely loved plants and always had them. Her favorite plant was an African Violet. Carolyn is survived by her son, David M. Kelly, her daughter, Dianne M. Looney (Jeff Looney), and her grandchildren, Caroline and Alexandria Looney. She was preceded by her husband, her parents, and her two sons, Donald and Dale Kelly.
