Brian Lee Aaron, 81, went to be with the Lord on April 1, 2024. Born in Memphis, Tennessee, on July 1, 1942, he was preceded in death by parents, Bill and Helen Aaron, twin brother, Brent Aaron, and brother, Billy Aaron. He is survived by his devoted wife of 60 years, Linda Thomas Aaron. Other survivors are children Brian S. Aaron (Michelle) of Gallatin, TN, daughter Lori Aaron Graumann (Tom) and daughter Lynn Aaron, both of the Knoxville, TN area, and beloved sister, Susan Robbins. Other family includes grandchildren John Aaron, Dalton Graumann, Heather Aaron Wiggins, Logan Graumann, and Garrett Graumann, along with several great-grandchildren. He also has two bonus granddaughters, Kelsey Joiner and Kyndal Reed.
A graduate of Bartlett High School, Brian attended Memphis State University before joining the Tennessee Army National Guard.
He was a former deacon and active member of Bellevue Baptist Church, Memphis, Tennessee. He loved his church family at Bellevue and had the same love for the people of First Baptist Church Hendersonville for the past 7+ years.
He dearly loved his family and was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and sibling. He was known as Bud to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as many others who knew him.
He wanted everyone he encountered to know the Lord and was a living example to his family and others.
A visitation for Brian will be held Saturday, April 13, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 North Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, TN 38133. A memorial service will occur Saturday, April 13, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 3700 North Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, TN 38133. A committal service will occur Saturday, April 13, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM, 3700 North Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, TN 38133.
