She is preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Leora Butler of Jackson, TN and by her husband, Gerald B. Sanders.
She is survived by daughter, Rebecca Fitzgerald and her husband Walter of Greenback, TN; son J. Stephen Sanders and his wife Vicki of Eads, TN; two sisters, Jean Newman of Springfield, MO and Lucy Noyes of Wapakoneta, OH; one brother, Carlton Butler of Salem, OR; and three grandchildren, Meghann, Sarah, and Chad Fitzgerald.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to Dialysis Clinic, Inc. of Maryville, TN Patient Services Fund; Alzheimer's Association; or Kingsway Christian Church.
The family will receive friends Saturday, November 8, 2014 from 1-3 p.m. and funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., all at Memphis Funeral Home, 3700 N. Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, TN.Interment will follow at Memphis Memorial Gardens.
