Andrew Gofus, III, 58, died Sunday, August 7, 2011. Mr. Gofus was a longtime communicant of Central Church and volunteered in the Children’s Ministry. He is survived by his father, Andrew Gofus, Jr. of Pottstown, PA; his two sisters, Andrea Blustein of Smyrna, GA; and Carol Ann (Danny) Williams of Arlington, TN; and his niece Jennifer Peeples of Arlington. Andrew was preceded in death by his mother, Faylene Gofus. The family will receive friends at Bolton United Methodist Church in Arlington at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 9, 2011. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the Church. Interment will be at St. John’s Byzantine Church Cemetery in Pottstown, PA Saturday, August 13, 2011. The family requests that memorials be sent to the American Heart Association.
