Adrian E. Proctor, 87, of Memphis, passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2011. He was a WW II U.S. Marine Corp Veteran, member of Schoolfield Methodist Church, retired from International Harvester, member of Summer Ave. Masonic Lodge # 729, Scottish Rite and Alchymia Shrine. Mr. Proctor, the husband of Frances B. Proctor for 67 years also leaves a sister, Sue Dobbs of Debulh, LA; a brother, Douglas Sims of Horn Lake, MS; and two nephews, Terry Russell and Arno Proctor. The family will receive friends this evening, Monday, April 18 from 5-7 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, April 19 at the funeral home with interment to follow in Memorial Gardens, formerly Memory Hill Gardens.
