Ruth Fabila Garcia was born May 27, 1922 and passed away peacefully on October 13, 2018 after a long and full life. She was preceded in death by her husband Rafael, and is survived by her children Pauline (Rudy) Villareal, Phyllis (Eddie) Ortiz, Eddie (Karen) Santini, Gilbert Santini, Margie (Julian) Sanchez, Theresa Butler, nine grandchildren and many great grandchildren. She was a homemaker who loved to cook and was especially well known for her tamales.
Services will be October 26, 2018 at 11:00 am at Mead Mortuary, 36930 Irwin Road, Barstow, CA 92311. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
