I and my wife had the pleasure of knowing Mrs Rosie Duran. She was an excellent Person and great Mother and wife. It truly was our pleasure knowing her.  Our condolences to her family.  She will be missed.

I would like to express my deepest condolences to all of Rosie's family and friends. I never personally met Rosie, but I have read the condolences in her obituary. I can see that she is very much loved by many people. I can see that she made a huge impact on the lives of all those children growing up in Lenwood. I also know her daughter Rose, who is my neighbor and Rose's devotion to family and friends speaks volumes of her upbringing which Rose is credited with. One day I will meet Rosie too, and thanks to all of you I will know exactly who she is. 🙏❤

Joey and Rose Adele and family, so sorry to hear  about  your mom’s passing. My heart felt feelings and condolences to all of you. It’s never a good feeling when you lose a loved one , especially a mom. Your mom was well liked especially when we were kids growing upon lenwood. She always seemed to have a smile on her face when we were around .  I would always ask Joey every week at work to see how she was feeling and doing. She will surely be missed by all. Rosie was a very special lady to the entire Sanchez family! She always amazed me that she never forgot  who I was  when I would see her over the years. She was  always happy to see  me. RIP Rosie. Neighbors forever. You will truly be missed.

My condolences to the entire Duran Family!Rosie was a very kind-hearted woman. She was our life-long neighbor  and we all referred to her as Rosie__never out of disrespect but because we were all like family.  As kids, we would jump the fence and play basketball with Paul and Robert for hours and she never got upset when we got loud___she let us be kids! lShe had the friendliest smile and would always engaged in conversations with me. I saw her most after my parents passed at the annual Christmas program at her church or when the choir from Cal Baptist performed.  My greatest memory is when she and my dad would have conversations about the Bible over the fence. My dad put up a good debate but she always held her ground.  I believe my dad learned a lot from her about the Bible. 😇  Lenwood lost another great neighbor but they are all gathered together today in the presence of Jesus. We will miss you Rosie!🤍🌹🤍

Mrs. Duran, was a very special lady with a big heart.  I will always remember her beautiful smile and the love she showed to all of us kids from Lenwood growing up.  She was a lifetime neighbor and I grew up with all her children that are my dear friends.  She loved all her family with all her heart. ♥️  She was a woman of God and she will always hold a special place in my heart.  Mrs.  Duran rest in peace and I will always love you.  Heaven just received another angel.🙏🙏♥️💜💙

I most recently met Mrs Duran about 2 yrs ago at a Christmas recital for one of her grandchildren in Victorville, CA 
As children and as an adult there are people you meet in life who will grab your attention because of their distinguished look  or beautiful features that stick with you, that was Mrs Duran. I’m honored to have met her that night and to have had another encounter another time after. May she rest in peace and be free from what took her away from her earthly family and back into the arms of her Heavenly family💝

Rosie has been my FOREVER neighbor my whole entire life 💓.  Joe  and  Rosie were great friends with  the Sanchez Family.  Rest in peace Rosie. you will always hold a special place in my heart ❤.  RIP 🙏. 

Mrs. Duran was one of the many "Moms" in Lenwood. Always available with a hug, a kind word, or a band aid when needed. She was a positive influence on many children in our neighborhood and helped many to keep to the straight and narrow path. My condolences to the family. 

Mrs Rosie was a very nice lady she always said hi to me and hug me when she saw me any where her husband and her were my dad's compardes my dad was there bestman she will be dearly missed. Rose your mom was one special woman I pray that you all have comfort in the Lord. 🙏

I loved my Auntie Rosie!!!  We grew up in Lenwood and when I was in Elementary school, she was the playground  and cafeteria monitor.  She always had a smile on her face and her giggle was unmistakable!  She was always happy for me to visit her and would walk me out to the fence when I left!  She loved all of her family with all her ❤️!!  She will be missed greatly!  Cherish the memories!!!
