Our much loved Son, brother, uncle and friend Ethan passed away peacefully with his family by his bed sided.
Ethan's smile was as big as his heart and his presence brightened the room. He was funny, loved to tell jokes and was known to play pranks but in all in good fun. He was a compassionate as he was funny. He represented the good that we all need to be in our life. He would bring food to thoughts who had little or none. Aways there for family and friends. He showed up when it really mattered. He was greatly loved.
We will miss and love you always and forever.
Ethan was predecessor by is grandparents, May & Mavin Ford and Thelma & Herman Curtis, his aunt Loueva Zupan and his best-friend his dog, Titus "Babe Ruth".
He is survived by his parents, Johnnie & Ben Curtis, his sisters and brother in-law, Tracy Lent and Kimberly & Michael King, nieces Ashley Linville, Jessica, Emily and Sarah Lent and grandnieces Ashlynn "Jojo" Sharp and Zoe Burns.
