Mrs. Joel Cecelia Spitzer, late of Mystery Lake passed away on April 26, 2016 at the age of 80 years.
She is survived by her 3 children; Dean (Carrie) Wilmot, Kenton (Michelle) Wilmot, Judith Arcand; 3 grandchildren; Lauren Wilmot, Annette (Tyson) Arcand, Maxwell Arcand; 1 great-grandchild Anna Arcand. By her 4 siblings; Eunice Webber, Aaron (Helen) Wiltzen, Joyce Kyle, Gale (Luke) Grant; sister-in-law Edith Spitzer; Wiltzen nephews and nieces: Danice (John) Vant, Joy (Chris) Wright, Darryl (Christian) Wiltzen, Kim Wiltzen, Brent (Myrna) Wiltzen, Mark ( Brenda) Wiltzen, Susan (David) Price, Rod (Nicole) Kyle, Andrew (Sherisse) Kyle, Christine (Bruce) Ernst, Amy (Doug) Anderson, Collin (Lorraine) Grant, Lyle (Wanderley) Grant, Maury (Patricia) Grant, Ward (Beth) Grant, and their families; Spitzer nephews and nieces; Perry (Corinne) Spitzer, Leonard (Jenny) Spitzer, Arlene (Clayton) Cassidy, Shirley Schooler, Gord Liske, Carl (JoAnn) Liske, Paulina (Richard) Sproule, Norman (Pat) Spitzer, Danny (Carmen) Spitzer and their families.
Joel is predeceased by her loving husband of 29 years, Harold Spitzer, her parents, Joseph and Roselea Wiltzen, brother-in-laws; Dave Webber, Les Kyle, Arthur, Norman (Grace) and Gordon Spitzer, and sister-in-laws, Skip Wiltzen and Margaret (Leon) Liske.
A Funeral Service will be held for Joel on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Michael’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Mystery Lake, AB with Pastor Horst Gutsche officiating. Interment will follow at St. Michael's Mystery Lake Cemetery and a Luncheon to follow at the Mystery Lake Hall. Donations are gratefully accepted to St. Michael's Lutheran Church, Mystery Lake.
