James Ehl of Fort Assiniboine passed away peacefully on Sept 1, 2016 at the age of 83.
Jimmy is survived by his loving wife, Shirley; children, Toni (Sdartha) Ehl, Peggy (Dave) Swanson, David (Arlene) Ehl; grandchildren Nicolette (Greg Szymanski) Williams, Erin Williams, Amy Swanson, Nicholas Swanson & Haley Ehl; great grandchildren, Hunter, Hannah, Lincoln & Naomi; brother, Charles Ehl; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Jimmy is predeceased by his parents, Andrew & Palma; siblings, Robert Ehl, Grace Thompson, Annie Anderson, Douglas Ehl & Thomas Ehl.
The celebration of Jimmy’s life will be held at the Fort Assiniboine Legion Hall on Thursday, September 8 at 1 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the STARS or Stollery’s Hospital.
