Rebekah Lynn Helton

Rebekah Lynn Helton age 36 of Gray, KY went home to be with the Lord on Monday, September 22, 2014 in the Baptist Health Hospital in Corbin, KY after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the daughter of Donnie & Ruth Helton born to them on November 30, 1977 in Corbin, KY. Rebekah was a member of the Indian Creek Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death are her grandparents, Flora & Lee Prichard and Reed Helton and an uncle, Jerry Prichard.

Survivors include her parents, Donnie & Ruth Helton, her three beautiful daughters, Brittany, Chloe and Breanna, her grandmother, Roberta Helton , aunts & uncles, Bruce & Pam Helton, Donna and Jack Harris all of Gray, KY and Mollie Hale of Hinkle, KY. Rebekah also leaves behind a host of many other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Funeral services for Rebekah Helton will be conducted in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. Mike Burns and Rev. Sam Moore officiating. Pallbearers will be friends & neighbors. Honorary pallbearers will be, Professional Home Health, staff of Jellico Wound Care Facility, Baptist Health Cancer Care Center staff and the doctors nurses and staff of 3 North at Baptist Health Hospital in Corbin. Burial will follow in the Sexton Cemetery at Gray, KY. Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.

The family will receive friends at the Hampton Funeral Home on Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 2:30 p.m.
