William J. Riggin, Jr., 60, passed away on November 24, 2024; loving son of the late William Riggin, Sr., Mable Riggin Otten and William “Wiggie” Otten; beloved brother of Dawn Lewinski and her husband Mitchell, Nancy Creese and her husband William, Lynn Danforth and the late James Shoul, and Kenneth Otten; Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Billy’s life will be celebrated at the Clipper Mill Lounge (aka The Bottom), 1619 Union Ave., Baltimore, MD 21211 on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 from 7 to 9pm
