Dearest Dad and Mom, 

Just a few words to let you know how much I miss both you and mom .  During your seventy years of marriage  you and Rose were very devoted  parents, and had a great love for each other and shared this love with your children. We are all the better as a result of your love  for each other. I'm sure you missed Rose very much but now the both of you are in a better place, reunited and can continue to love one another for time eternal.  I miss you and mom very much and will always love both of you.

Pop, I feel blessed to have gotten to know you over the past 7 years.  You were an amazing man and I will cherish all the memories.  I am also so glad that my girls got to know you and rename you "pop-pop!" I believe you and Nauna are resting in peace.....xoxo.

Dearest Dad,
Its been one month today and I miss you so very much. I know you are with mom where you wanted to be free from suffering and your beautiful Rosie.  I miss bringing the sodas, donuts, bananas, water, and of course those crab cakes you loved to eat. I find myself stopping at the Donut Shack, or at the Bakery at The Diner, and then remembering you are not here. I love you and miss having you by my side.  Continue to provide my with your wisdom, I believe so that you and Mom are watching over me.  You will be forever in my heart.

We are so very sorry for the loss of your dad; however, he's in a better place with the lady he loved for 70 years and his Lord.  He's happy!  Sadness may last for awhile, but peace and lasting memories will quickly follow and be with you for a lifetime.  We love you, and are here for you.  Uncle Tom and Aunt Rose were the best and will be missed.

I had the privilege of working with Tom while at Amtrak. He was special because of his sense of humor, his values, and his intelligence. He was an absolute gentleman, and often talked about his family. In looking at their pictures, I felt as if I almost know them.

Please accept my condolences, and be comforted that he is with the Almighty. My prayers are with you.

Dear Karen and Maureen, In looking through the pictures I noticed one of your Dad and Mr. Ken.  This was taken in 1985 at a picnic at my Mom's.  She had all the old friends and neighbors together from the days in Little Italy.  I remember helping you, Maureen, with your shorthand and how happy your parents were when they found out your Mom was expecting Karen.  I know the pain you are feeling at this time, but you never really lose your Mom and Dad.  They will always be near you and believe that they are now happy with each other again.  Keep thinking of all the good times you shared and you'll never be lonely for them.  My prayers are with you and your families.

Your little girl misses you so much today, Fathers Day! I am happy that you are with my angel Rosie, back together again after a few months apart.  You worked very hard to provide me with a wonderful upbringing, I hope I  made you proud. You were the best Dad, you never let me down.  Give Mom a kiss and continue to lead in the right path and always know, I am today what I am because of you both.
