On September 13, 2022 Ruth “Bonnie” Steffey (nee Debarge) beloved sister of Raymond E. Debarge, Jr. and his wife Donna and loving aunt of Jackie Means and her husband Christopher, and Ray Debarge, III and his wife Jennifer. Great-Aunt of Ryan, Tyler, Dillon, Ray IV, and Taylor.
Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Monday, September 19, 2022 at 10:00 AM. at the Moreland Memorial Park, 1601 Taylor Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21234.
Flowers may be delivered to the Burgee-Henss-Seitz Funeral Home, Inc. 3631 Fall Road, Baltimore, MD 21211 on Saturday, September, 17, 2022 by 4:00 PM.
