Peacefully and surrounded by family at home on September 13, 2016 RICHARD R. WISNER; beloved husband of 40 years to Victoria “Vicky” Alderson Wisner; devoted father of Deborah Lee Smitley (Ray), Michael David Wisner (Laverne), Gregory John Wisner, Allen Richard Rager, Christine Marie Wisner and Kurtis Lee Rager. Also lovingly survived by 14 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends in the Burgee-Henss-Seitz Funeral Home Inc., 3631 Falls Road, Baltimore, MD 21211 on Friday, September 16, 3-5pm and 7-9pm and on Saturday, September 17, 10am-11am with Services at 11am.
