Michael Christopher Wilson

May 23, 1991 - August 7, 2019

On Wednesday, August 7, 2019, Michael Christopher Wilson, loving son of JoAnna Ricci Wilson and Douglas Wilson and beloved partner of Alyssa Gregory, passed away at the age of 28. Michael is survived by his grandmother Leanna Wilson, parents JoAnna and Doug, his partner Alyssa, his brothers Thomas Ausherman and partner Sarah Voss, and David Wilson and wife Erin Wilson, and his sister Gina Beto and husband McLean Beto. He is also the cherished uncle of Kaelan and Bryce Ausherman, Donavan Wilson and Wilson Beto. Michael is also survived by his devoted cat, Louie, as well as loving friends and family; aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Michael lit up any room he entered; his joy was contagious. Ask any of his family or friends about Michael and they’ll tell you about a time when he comforted them while they were down, made them laugh instead of cry, or listened carefully to a problem. He was generous and forgiving, funny and unique. Michael made time for everyone, even when he himself was struggling. He is gone too soon and will be missed, but he will also be remembered for his love of everyone and his inimitable optimism.
