Kenneth Ray Johnson was born to Benjamin Bryan and Malinda Helen Johnson, November 1, 1938, in New Boston, Scioto County, Ohio. The family moved to Baltimore City when he was a young child. He attended college at Johns Hopkins University and later law school at University of Maryland. He taught school for one year but primarily his career was as an analyst at Social Security Administration. He is survived by his wife of almost 50 years, Jean, as well as his daughterKaren Collier (David), his son Gregory (Sarah), his daughter Deborah Johnson and his grandchildren Matthew, Hannah and Roland.
