On October 27, 2018 Kenneth Leroy Fisher, Jr. Beloved Husband of the late Elsie A. Fisher (nee Shuler) and Devoted Father of Sandra Wink, Steven Fisher, and the late Kenneth L. Fisher, Jr. Loving Grandfather of David Edward Wink, Jr., H. Melissa Strope, Robert Fisher, and Michelle Lyons. Great-Grandfather of Isabelle Wink, David E. Wink, III, Ayantu Wink, and Abagail Lyons. Brother of Roland Fisher and Shirley Thompson. Also survived by his adopted Daughter Terri Goodman.
Family will receive friends at the Burgee-Henss-Seitz Funeral Home, Inc. 3631 Falls Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21211 on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at 10:00 am.
Interment in Lorraine Park Cemetery.
