
Dear pop, 
I will start by saying how lucky i am to have you as my great grandfather in my life for the past 21 years. We have made so many memories together that i will never forget. Your favorite story of us is when i was about 7 years old and i kept yelling “pop pop look up here” out the back window of the house and you looked up and said “do you hear that is that an angel” and i just laughed and said “no pop it’s just Me”. That was your favorite time of us together, and now it’s me looking up to the sky knowing that your an angel watching over me. My favorite memory of us together is when i was about 10 years old and we were sitting in the kitchen, i was sitting on your lap. You looked at me and asked did i want to see a trick. And of course i wanted to see what you had up your sleeve. you smiled then you put your thumb in your mouth and blew into it, and as you did that you made it seem like you were inflating yourself like you were a balloon. You always knew exactly what to do to put a smile on my face. The most recent memory of us together was this past Christmas, i told you i was going to stay in Greece for some time and you asked me to send you post cards at least once a month so you knew i was okay. i promised you that i would make sure to send you post cards. I promise to get you a post card once a month for the rest of my life from wherever i am at in the world! Love you forever and always. Your angel Desha 

Earl was a kind & giving person with a huge heart. He has numerous friends who adore him... friends that he has been friends with for 65+ years.  years. Not many people can
 claim  numerous friendships of 65 yrs+ !  His heart, his kindness to always help friends and  his off the wall sense humor will always be remembered.. Maybe his son will follow in his humorous foot steps. Maybe the jokes wont be as corny. Earl I parted ways many years ago & we remained friends ..His wife, Leona. ..is a beautiful person, who also is a kind person with a gentle heart .it will take for all to grieve but Earl's son & daughter are strong individuals  along with Leona in time will heal. Also there's Earl's daughter inlaw who respected Earl as a friend & father figure
 Who has know Earl ^ been clos 40+ years. Truly there many broken hearts that can and  will heal in each of the time it Will  take.

         Where do I start?! You are one amazing fun loving man!! I will always remember your kind words & of course ALL your jokes they were the best!! Also such an amazing cook! You always made sure you made my favorite sauerkraut and Kabasa with brown sugar was always by far the best!! I loved cutting your couple hairs as you would say! LOL YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN ALWAYS TREASURED!

I will always be your little  heathren..jumping on the bed....I love and miss you so much already.  We lost a beautiful soul and Heaven sure gained a beautiful soul..I surely was blessed to have you for MY DAD for so many years...I will always  cherish our memories...
