On November 23, 2013 EDWARD CHARLES TURNER, devoted husband of the late Martha Rosella Turner, loving father of Edward Turner and his Fiancé Stephanie, Arnold Turner and his wife Kathy, Steven Turner and his wife Donna, William Turner and his Fiancé Christine. He is also survived by his sister Dorothy, several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Burgee–Henss-Seitz Funeral Home, Inc., 3631 Falls Road, Baltimore, MD 21211, on Tuesday From 3 to 5 and 7-9 pm, where funeral services will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10am.
Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
