Earl Lynn Garland

On August 12, 2018, Earl Lynn Garland passed away at the age of 69. He was the beloved husband of Janet M. Garland, of Bel Air, MD; devoted father of Tylor Garland and his wife Vivien, of Encino, CA, and Brooke Elkins (nee Garland) and her husband Daniel, of Bel Air, MD; cherished grandfather of Dillon Elkins, Logan Garland, and Adam Elkins; dear brother of Carol Parsons and her husband Eddie, of WV, and Pepper Garland and his wife Brenda, of WV. He graduated from Hampshire High in Romney, WV in 1976 and was a landscape architect for the State of Maryland for many years. Earl had a special place in his heart for his family, children, and animals.
