Brenda Sue Piper, 60 passed away on February 13, 2024; Beloved wife of William John Piper, Jr. “Tubby”; Loving mother of William Thomas Piper; Dear daughter of Darlee Hammonds, and Lowell Mullins; Dear sister of Tommy Mullins and the late Lisa Mullins and Karen Frederick; devoted niece of Debbie Evans, Gary Evans and his wife Nancy, Glen Evans and his wife Karen; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends in the Burgee-Henss-Seitz Funeral Home, 3631 Falls Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21211 on Thursday, February 22, 2023 from 4 to 6 PM at which time Brenda’s life will be celebrated at 6 PM.
