My sympathies to you and the family.  I am sorry about your loss.  During the brief meeting I had with him, Bill gave me the sense of a very honorable man and husband.  May you find comfort and strength in your prayers, family, and friends.

I just heard about your dad. Sapp family I am so sorry. I will always remember how your dad was a educatiion to us "kids" growing up. We got the praises and we got the butt chewings.  Love them both.  It didn;t make a difference if we were blood or not  Bill treated us all like "his" own.    I will alway be greatful for the opportunity to know him.  Laura Billington Ellis

I am very sorry to hear about Bill.  I am Joani's sister, and every time my family and I visited Bakersfield, Bill was very kind to us.  I remember him taking us to the fair and showing us his animals and his horse Bandit.  My thoughts are with the family.

I remember this picture so well, his wedding day to Debbie. He was so happy he had all of his kids present and was marrying a women he loved so dearly! Bill was certainly one of a kind, they broke the mold on him for sure. I personally understood his way and loved him dearly! He will be forever a smile when I think of him and always remembered and deeply loved. My heart goes out to the family may god bless you with a light heart, he is watching over you forever! I am so sorry to hear about Bill. It seems like just yesterday we were sitting together enjoying our 50th class reunion. I will also remember our good times at KC Steak house. My prayers are with you.

I am so sad to hear of Bill's passing. He was the Best Man at my wedding to Bob Dunlap. But better yet, he became a very good friend of mine and to my son, Tony. I loved running into him at Woolgrowers or the Emporium Western Store. It was "yesterday" and not the years inbetween visits. My deepest and most sincere sympathy to all of you.

Sorry to hear of Bill's passing. There are things I learned from Bill that I will always be grateful for. My condolences to the family.

I have not seen Bill in many many years, however as a teenager and young adult he showered me with the best love he could. He was one of the most generous people I've known. I am so sorry to learn of his passing.
