Waltina Laverne Farr 1935 - 2012 Born in Gainsville, Texas on April 22, 1935 to Dow and Alice Baccus. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Janie Mason; her sister, Margaret Sherart; grandson, Clay Farr; and husband, Harold S. Farr. She is survived by her sister, Dolores Baccus; daughter, Mariann Burke (husband Dennis); sons, Patrick Farr (wife Silver), and Paul Farr; six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Throughout her life Waltina enjoyed cooking, cake decorating, china painting, making porcelain dolls, sewing and spending time with her lifelong friend Jimmy "Imo" Hubbard and her family, who she dearly loved. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, October 18, at 10:00 a.m., at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 9101 Kern Canyon Road.
