Sherry Ann Crotser passed away Friday, August 27th, 2021 at the age of 42. She was born June 19th, 1979 in Bakersfield, California to Donald Stephen Crotser and Sharon Kay Mcdaniel. She was a graduate of west high school and a long-time employee/manager of Tommie's Burger. Sherry has always had a giving heart nurturing all the littles of the Family with her calm and warming spirit. She had a contagious shy smile always working hard to provide for her family. She is survived by her four beautiful daughters Kaylynn 17, Mellissa 15, and twins Carly& Brooklyn 13; two sisters, Jennie Hackett and Ashley Whiting, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. She will be truly missed by all of us.

Carlo Andrew Romero, at the age of 44, passed away unexpectedly on August 30, 2021. He was born on May 3, 1977 in San Jose, California to Sandy Solorio and Steven Louis Romero. He was raised by his grandparents, Estelle Solorio and Joe Solorio. He attended Foothill High School in Bakersfield, California and took great pride in being in business for himself as a professional wood worker. His craft and entrepreneurial spirit enabled him to create specialty furniture, picnic tables, chairs and benches.
The love of his life was Sherry Ann Crotser Romero who preceded him in death just a few days earlier. He is survived by his children Samantha Romero, Kaylynn Romero, Melissa Romero, and Brooklyn and Carly Romero; his grandparents Estelle Solorio and Joe Solorio, Andrew R. Romero and Mary S. Romero; brother Danny Jimenez, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Carlo was especially close to his cousin Rickey Solorio. Growing up together he always thought of Rickey as a very close brother and best friend. Carlo will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
A visitation for Carlo and Sherry will be held Monday, September 13, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Park Chapel, 9101 Kern Canyon Road, in Bakersfield, California. A celebration of life service will follow at 1:00 PM with graveside services to follow in Sunrise Lawn.
