Rheta Jeanne Carter, age 88, of Bakersfield, California passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2022. Rheta was born December 5, 1933 in Sterling, Kansas.
A graveside service for Rheta will be held Monday, August 22, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Mortuary, 9101 Kern Canyon Road, Bakersfield, CA 93306.
