Nicole Emmons Willis

She is survived by her daughter and pride and joy, Reanna Augusta Willis, parents Jean and Winford Emmons Jr., brother Daniel and wife Gina Emmons of Crosby,Texas, brother Ronald and wife Alisha Emmons of Grand Junction, Co, a sister Danielle (Emmons) and husband Jeff Williams of Grand Junction, CO and Nephew and Nieces.

Nicole was born in Channelview, Texas on May 1, 1977. She resided in Bakersfield CA since 1977 when parents moved here when she was only 3 1/2 months old. Nicole attended Stockdale High School for three years and graduated from South High School in 1994. Nicole had many friends and loved her family and her church family.

Nicole gave great advice anytime you needed it. It was the obstacles she had to overcome and with great pride she received her 5 Year Celebrate Recovery Chip, and never gave up but became a stronger more passionate person and after finding God and her place in society, gave her much happiness. She was a strong advocate for the homeless and mentally ill she had many passions. Nicole will never be forgotten but tucked tightly into our memories.

Services for Nicole will be held at Mish Funeral Home on Thursday, May 29th, at 3:00pm following services will be a reception at 6107 Mohawk St. Bakersfied, California.
