Mary Katherine Kirkland

Kathy lived 85 years of her life her in Kern County with her husband Loren Carr and her children Connie Johle and Lonny Carr. Working at San Joaquin Hospital as a central Service Technician for over 20 years. When Kathy had spare time, you would find her with the Ladies of the Auxiliary Post 7216.

Kathy loved her family, gardening and traveling!

Kathy’s husband Loren passed away in 1981. And her tender heart was then held by her second husband George Kirkland whom also proceeds her in death. Awaiting her in heaven, her son Lonny and what a reunion that must have been.

She leaves behind her daughter Connie Johle, her sisters Virginia Smith of Arvin, CA, Irene Norman of Bakersfield, CA. Grandchildren Daniel Johle Rancho Cordova, CA, Eric Johle of Bishop, CA, Pam Stroub of Bakersfield, CA and Scott Carr. Numerous nieces and nephews.
