Mom did not slow down and became active again in her church, spending time with many old and new friends and loved when family would visit or take her out to eat. Mom was very creative and talented known for her brick couches, pillows, quilts, and needle work. She was also an excellent seamstress and cook. Family favorites included chicken and dumplings, apricot cobbler, and green beans.
