Although I never met Jeanette, her gifts of "gracious demeanor, cheerful disposition and thoughtfulness" were inherited by Alison, my colleague and friend. I hope that time brings comfort to Jeanette's entire family.

Dear Jeannie, Julian and Ian, and all the extended Biggar family,
We are so sorry to hear of your loss.  Aunt Nette was a wonderful sister to my mother Virginia.  I'll never forget trying to break through on the phone after school, and the phone was perpetually busy since they spoke with each other form 2-3 pm almost every week day.  
I have many, many fond memories of all the Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners she and Uncle Whitney hosted or just sitting in lawn chairs on those hot summer days out in their beautiful tree-filled yard eating something delicious (and always homemade).

I am so sorry to hear about Mrs. Biggar's passing, I worked for  Mr. Biggar for many years.  I was always so impressed by Mrs. Biggar, one of the most gracious ladies that I have ever met.  She had a beautiful soul and I am sure will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.
