James Francis McAdams

James F. McAdams was born in Anaheim Ca. on April 30th 1926 to Francis & Lillian McAdams.

He served in the Navy during WWII on the U.S.S. Montrose and married the love of his life Velma in 1975.

He excelled as a car dealer for approximately 30 years while working at Gene Wyner Cadillac in Bakersfield. He was a real people person, friendly, funny and well liked by all.

Jim was proceeded in death by his wife Velma McAdams and is survived by his three sons Rob McAdams, Jerry Williams and Keith Williams and their spouses and families which include grand children and great grandchildren.

He was an intelligent man with a quick wit and an infectious smile.

A visitation for James will be held Thursday, February 5, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 9101 Kern Canyon Road in Bakersfield, California.

A funeral service will occur Thursday, February 5, 2021 at 11:00 AM following visitation with a graveside service taking place at the Hill of Valor with full Military Honors.
