Frank was born in Santa Maria, California Where He met the love of his life, Lorraine. This ended up being a love story and a perfect example of what true love is: A LOVE THAT WOULD LAST FOREVER.

His great passions were: going to church, praying the Rosary every day, never meeting a stranger and always having candy for his grandchildren and plenty for any children that he might come across during his day.
