Darlene Lee

Darlene Lee of Bakersfield, CA born in Ada Oklahoma on April 12, 1932 was called home by the Lord on Friday, Sept. 14, 2012 to be reunited with her parents Rube and Frankie Henderson of Oklahoma, 1 brother Charles Henderson of Oklahoma and her husband and Love of her Life Norman Eugene Lee of Oklahoma. As a married couple they lived and raised their family in Lamont, CA. After his passing she relocated to Bakersfield, CA in 1992. She is survived by 1 daughter and 3 sons: Theresa and Randy Adams, Ricky and Barbara Lee, Mike and Wynema Lee, and Allen Lee; 7 grandchildren: Donnie Lee, Sharon Bowling, Ricky Lee, Vanessa Lee, Colby Lee, Cory Lee and Scotty Lee; 11 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and 1 sister Wilma Cooper of Bakersfield, CA who all love her and will miss her presence in their lives, but will be comforted in knowing that she is now in a beautiful place called Heaven where she was greeted by her loved ones who have passed. Although she has departed from this Earth she will always remain in our Hearts forever. A viewing and services will be held in her honor at Hillcrest Memorial Park. The viewing is Thursday, Sept. 20, 2012 from 4 p.m.-8 p.m. and again on Friday morning 9 a.m.-10 a.m. The services will be Friday, Sept. 21, 2012 at 10 a.m. in the chapel and will follow to a graveside service
