Analisa Marisol Lopez

Analisa "Ana" Marisol Lopez Rivas, a beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, friend, and so much more, entered eternal life on October 31, 2024. Analisa was born on July 25, 2006, to her parents, Edward Rivas Jr. and Angela Lopez. Ana was the apple of her daddy’s eye. Analisa was born and raised in Bakersfield, California. Ana attended Harris Elementary School, Curran Junior High School, and Bakersfield High School and graduated from Vista High School. During junior high, Ana was a part of the cadet core and wanted to join the Marines after high school.

Analisa was always full of life and energy. She has been funny and silly since she was little. She was very kind-hearted and genuine, going out of her way for you. If you were in her circle of friends, she considered you a best friend, loved you unconditionally, and would never judge you. She was creative and artistic from a young age and loved to draw. When she had her mind set on something, she would work on it until it was done.

She was so happy when she got her first job at Dos Tacos. Ana was a hard worker and very reliable. When she was younger, she always tried to find a way to earn money to hang out with her friends and go places. Ana loved her family very much and loved being around them. Every year, we camp at Big Sur, drive to Pismo Beach, or travel somewhere in California. We will miss our sweet, precious Ana tremendously when we travel, as she has always been with us. Her uncle Joseph, with whom she spent much time, will miss watching movies with her and listening to their favorite music together. Life will never be the same without Ana being here with us. We will miss Ana's laugh, voice, and sweet spirit. We are very proud of all her accomplishments during her short time here with us. We will miss her tremendously every day.

Ana is preceded in death by her grandparents, MariaTeresa Vasquez and Ruben Lopez, her uncle Ruben Benito Lopez, and other family members.

Ana loved sunsets. So whenever you think of her, look at the sunset and know she is shining down on you.
